Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Training
In 2026, I completed a four-day Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Training at OHSC Nepal, strengthening my approach to systematically identifying hazards, evaluating risks and developing appropriate safety controls. This has helped me approach safety as a broader engineering and risk-management problem rather than as a collection of individual protection measures.
BolteK Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.
From February 2025, I joined BolteK Enterprise as Chief Technical/Operating Officer, working across fire and safety engineering, project execution, and technical operations throughout Nepal. My work spans fire risk assessment, system design, installation, commissioning, inspection, testing, repair, and annual maintenance of fire protection systems, including hydrant, sprinkler, fire alarm, detection, and suppression systems for commercial, hospitality, residential, and other building projects. I have also led fire safety training, evacuation drills, and capacity-building programs, supporting clients and teams in strengthening preparedness and maintaining reliable safety systems.
Safety Toolkit Design
During 2023-2024, I worked as a Safety Researcher with the P2G Team at FabLab Nepal, contributing to the development of a Safety Toolkit for assessing safety performance, identifying hazards, and evaluating workplace conditions. Alongside the research and toolkit development, I conducted safety training and awareness sessions, helping team members understand identified risks, apply appropriate safety practices, and build a stronger safety culture within their work environment.
